The neighbourhood lies adjacent to the seaside haven of Broughty Ferry, and the hotel is ideally located for business or leisure pursuits. Just five minutes from the hotel, lies the newly dualled A92, the main coastal route north making it easy for onward journeys to Carnoustie, Arbroath, Montrose, or Aberdeen.
